Rude on phone. Ignored my ca)s while I sat 8n driveway watching them thru the side door window so I know they were there. Lied to us about units said They had no openings but when my sister called loan behold they had an opening. This place is crooked don't use them.

Best place in sturgis to use for storage. Friendly people and very reasonable rates. I even lost my key n they replaced it for me without any issues. Place was clean and everything on locker worked. Highly recommend.
