When my house sold fast and couldn’t find next house, I had to look into moving & storage options. Well all the typical storage facilities were full so I reached out to Mi-Box and very glad I did. Pricing was same or less then storage places and allowed more time to pack it then a typical moving company. The driver, Ken was amazing and got the pod literally less then foot from my garage door so I didn’t get wet loading in rain and propped it up safely due to incline in driveway. He gave me advise on best way to load it and that it should easily hold all I needed. When he came back to move to rental house he helped me get last minute items in and again able to place it perfectly at new location. I’m glad I stored it at rental as needed to go in/out few times and contact via email or phone with office staff was easy. I would definitely recommend Mi-Box Central (Fitzwilliam NH office).

We had a flooding issue in our basement. After searching several other storage container services, Mi-box was the most reasonably priced. They were very responsive and were able to deliver the box only a day or two after I called. We ran into a billing issue, but Megan (the manager) was able to help resolve the issue. Overall very happy with Mi-Box and would recommend them or use them again in the future!

We are super happy with our MI-BOX experience. They were friendly and informative on the phone and offered excellent customer service. Nick was our driver for both drop off and pick up and he couldn't have been nicer. He explained everything clearly, was professional and on time in both directions. We felt as though we got excellent value for our money and just what we needed. We would not hesitate to be repeat customers if we need similar storage again.
