Received a $40 quote over the phone from Chris to remove a washer from my rental (which was in the garage). When Chris came he saw the washer and said it was much larger and heavier than a "normal" washer and then proceeded to charge me $100. (it was a whirlpool front load washer) I am out of state and trying to make my renter happy so I paid the fee. therefore I am warning all of you that may use Michaels Junk removal.

Kyle thanks for your review Please give the general public the right information we didn't charge you $100 for just a washer but rather a washer and Junk that the previous tenant left behind and we also sent you pictures and you aprove before we got it done Sir if you knew the price was too high you should have said something and we were going to negotiate like we always do for our clients

Michael Junk did an excellent job in removing a couch for me. They were able to do it in a timely manner even when they were very busy. They called ahead and they arrived right on time. They were very courteous and you can not beat the price. I will use them again and I would recommend them to everyone.

Got a mess? No matter how big or small, Michael Junk is who to call! We hired Michael to clean everything out of a furnished one-bedroom apartment that was filled with years and years of clutter and junk that filled the closets and every other room near solid. We needed the appliances removed too. Michael and a colleague came in, assessed the situation, offered a fair bid, and started to do their thing. They were very methodical and got it done in less than 3 hours. It would've taken me 3 months to do what they did! From start to finish, working with Michael was easy. They left the unit completely empty and ready for us to get in and clean.
