  Moving is always stressful and having your truck in storage for a night and it being driven to a new state is even more stressful. My crew from Michael's was exceptional. Early on day 1 of the move. Beyond efficient with my partial pack. One person packed the kitchen while the other two got everything else wrapped and prepped to move down the elevator to the truck. Day 2 they hit traffic but kept me updated on their arrival time. The parking spot for the truck wasn't very convenient to the door and it was 100 degrees out but they still worked hard and efficiently. They made sure everything was where I wanted it before they left to return to Boston. I've moved a few times in my life. This was my second move with a company as an adult and this whole company was impressive. Polite and thorough office staff. Hard working and polite moving crew (never saw their masks off either!) I highly highly recommend Michael's.

  I have moved 26 times in my life. And this was the BEST crew I have ever worked with. Super professional. Hard working. Patient with my kids. If you need help moving this is your company!

  Hired Michael Movers because we heard they were good. Turns out the opposite. When negotiating rates, we were told our furniture would be together, separate, and safe. When we received our couch, it had water damaged. Half the couch had water damage and the other half did not. It seemed he split up our items. He also lost an expensive TV Unit. When we went to rectify and find out the companies plan, he didn't call up. I called up the same day of delivery to find out the companies plan, they said they would get back to me. I called up 10 out of the next 14 days, no response. I emailed, no response. I finally got thru and the owner of the company said, sorry I was working. After receiving the insurance form, I completed it within a few days, and submitted it back to the company. Didn't receive an acknowledgement or plan. The next followed up by. And again followed up. No response. The company is irresponsible, fraudulent, and not professional. Stay away.
