  I had to move 3 antique cabinets (200 years old). Micha and Matt were extremely careful with my antique cabinets and knew how to move them. They were very efficient! It was a pleasure working with them.

  There are a lot of movers out there. Call them when you need help. The two stars vs one star is because the guys did a pretty good job. This review and experience is a reflection on their support in the office. I scheduled an appointment to move our belongings from the storage unit at their headquarters to my house. I met them there, let them into the unit and we got started. I was asked by the friendly men that were going to move our things what was going to be moved into the house. I said the upright freezer would be it. We left to clear the garage at home and not be in their way. About an hour and 15 mins later, they arrived at our house. I helped them unload and we were done within the two hour minimum. But, they thought that the freezer was to be left in the unit. Well I don’t have a way to transport it. That’s why I hired a mover. So they go back and pick it up and return with it. It takes about 1/2 an hour. We live about 10 min from the storage center. We unload it in minutes and start to finish the paperwork. The guys had done a nice job, but here’s where it gets kinda ridiculous. I am going through closing out with the lead mover and I am now being charged an additional 1/2 hour labor per man and 15 minutes per man to return to the office. FYI...their labor rate increases after the first two hours. So now I’m stuck with a $120 additional cost to move the freezer they forgot and would have been included had they brought it the first time. I’m not saying mistakes can’t happen, but increasing my bill by 50% for one appliance that should’ve come the first time is ludicrous. I have tried to contact the office a couple of times with no luck. They don’t answer the phone, it goes directly to an answering service. So I’m not sure if billing issues like this are a common occurrence. But they don’t seem to return calls after service. I’ve gotten no response anyway. So like I started. Plenty of reasonably priced movers out there. It’s not worth the headache. Call one of the others.
