I needed a storage unit close to my home, so when I saw they were going to build this one, I put my name on the list. Once they were open, Ryan called to let me know and when I went to the office, I was warmly greeted by both Ryan and Linda. Being new, of course it was fresh and bright, however, there is also a spirit of friendliness and professionalism that can't be beat. It was an easy process to rent a unit, and I was able to choose the one I preferred. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. If you need storage in the SE Concord area, check these folks out.

Linda helped me out so well over the phone, literally answered every question. And Ryan gave me the best tour possible. I truly can say they took care of me like family.

This is a great place. I was given a tour to look at units, until I decided what I needed. Then I was taken back to the office where the rental was a breeze. I recommend to all! The hardest part of the deal was getting my license out of my wallet, it was stuck! Lol. Ryan is the best!
