  Oh my goodness, I can’t say enough good about Mini-West Storage. I give them 5 Stars times two! I needed to rent a U-Haul truck and a storage space on short notice, and Susan made it happen. Her customer service and professionalism was impeccable. She was thorough and so kind in explaining in detail about the facility, my responsibilities, and theirs as well. The storage rates are reasonable and my assigned storage space, the whole facility for that matter, are so clean and very well kept. A pleasurable experience indeed. I highly recommend Mini-West Storage for anyone with storage needs.

  Susan has the patience of a saint. Always professional, helpful and patient. I hope she gets paid enough for what she deals with so patiently, kindly and graciously. Kudos to Susan.

  Wouldn't store my belongings anywhere but there. The manager is the nicest and she runs a tight ship !! The place is always spotless and well lit. Two thumbs up for me!!!!
