I hired miracle movers in December 2021 to move a small player piano from a house. This piano had never been moved before. It was being moved 5 miles across town from first floor yo first floor. The Company charged me $600 to move this where it barely took 2 men to carry as they commented on how light it was. The movers placed the piano in the sitting room, and had me immediately sign a form and left. When I plugged the piano in that day the screen display was broken. The piano was tested that morning before it was moved and worked perfectly. Once again it has never been moved. I contacted the owners. I placed a claim to have the screen fixed. Miracle Movers declined my request for a claim and sent me an email with a Yamaha dealer in Raleigh. That they had "read" on the internet that this issue is common with this piano. I told them that made zero since. That it worked perfectly that morning and had never been moved. I asked to speak to the manager. The manager reiterated the same answer. I then asked for the contact to the insurance company that claims go through. I never heard back from the company. Nor was I provided with an acceptable solution as they had already cashed my check. Now I have a $10k player piano that does not play. I am absolutely astonished that this company is still in business with this type of service. I am going to have to go the route to take them to court to get this rectified. DO NOT use them

I hired Miracle Movers to move several plastic totes, a piano, and some other items that were very large and heavy from Shipyard Blvd to Oriole Drive in Wilmington. They showed up on time, actually a little early, the 2 gentlemen that came to move our items were so professional, pleasant and efficient. They had everything loaded and ready in less then 1 hour. They took great care of all of our items. And after getting multiple quotes from other companies Miracle Movers had the best prices. I cannot praise this company and their employees enough. Thank you Miracle Movers!!!

The team we had with Miracle Movers did an awesome job!!! I’d give MORE than 5 ⭐️‘s if I could! The 4 guys that helped us were Tim, Monte, Jerel, & Mario and they were AMAZING!! Prompt on time, careful with all our furniture (NOTHING BROKE OR SCRATCHED) and very courteous and polite! We highly recommend them and would definitely hire them again!
