  Dealing with a delivery company is almost always a nightmare. I typically expect big delivery windows, sometimes unprofessional drivers, and expect something to be damaged. However, Miranda Delivery was amazing. They called me to schedule, sent confirmation emails, came within a few minutes of the exact time they said they would come, and the delivery men were so nice. I was even a little annoying and needed help with putting a sheet on one corner and the men were great about it. I am always happy to support a local business and Miranda will definitely be who I recommend. I am quite impressed. Miranda - I did not get the names of my delivery men but, if you have a way to look it up, please let them know that I was very impressed with their professionalism.

  Outstanding Customer Service each time I called and throughout the warranted time we had for the mattress. Each and everyone I spoke to was always very helpful and very kind. Even the gentlemen that came to pick it up from 2 hours away. I wish the mattress had worked for us.

  Amber did the scheduling. She was amazing at making sure the time and day worked for me. Joe and Sage came to replace a bedframe from Saatva. Joe called to let me know they were running late and asked if it would still be convenient for them to come. When they arrived they did a great job. They were quick in disassembling the old frame and setting up the new one. Throughout the process they were dedicated to doing the job right. I continue to be impressed with Miranda. I’ve purchased three beds from Saatva and the bedframe and have had the pleasure to work with Miranda each time. Thank you team Miranda!
