Paid $4000, got a whopping 90 day "guarantee". We had just bought the house & were not moving in for 60 days. The guy told our realtor "just tell them to put their heaviest furniture on the 'bump' in the floor ... it should be ok" it's not! Definitely not ... and never has been since we moved in in 2018! Can't really stomach another $4000 for nothing. Good luck if you pick this guy.
