      They never answer phone, always get answering service UPDATE ON THIS REVIEW AS OF 2022 My original review was one star and complaint because back when I made first review I had left message countless times and no one returned my call so I don't know what was going on back then but later after summer of 2021 I was able to reach them and got mobile attics for my move and I still have those mobile attics at my new homestead. I have updated my review because I did receive good service as of October 2021 and on up until current time in February 2022.

      Hi Maggie Sorry you had a negative experience. We are a very busy company in and out of the office. We utilize our answering service so that our customers can speak to a live person. When customers leave a message we always get an email from the service. If it is something that can be handled on the road, we call back immediately. Otherwise we return the call when we get back into the office. Appreciate your feedback.

      I used them for a couple months till I had my shop built this was over 6 months ago. Well today 153 bucks magically was charged to my bank account I don't even have a pod anymore. I will be stopping payment on the account in the am. If it goes threw I'll be pressing charges for fraudulent use of my checking account.

      Hi Kerry Just to clarify your unit was credited a half month billing for May, then the pick up fees were added when you vacated the unit the end of May. No final payment was ever paid on your account. A reminder statement was mailed in November, with no response. Since you signed a contract for autobill, we did end up pulling your final payment of $139.65 which was the balance on the account after removing several $25 each late payments, which in the business world, was very generous. Appreciate the opportunity to respond and clarify your negative review. As always we appreciate your business.

      We were charged after 21 days instead of the 28 they said. I called and the girl who answered wasn’t helpful at all. She just kept telling me they bill every 28 days but wouldn’t do anything about me billed in 21 days. They picked it up from our old house and hit something in the yard. When we moved our stuff out at the new place, some of our stuff was scratched and looked like it had been tossed around. I called back and the girl was extremely rude and just asked me what “argument” did I want to have. She refused to help in any way. They apparently fired the driver who hit something in the yard but allow rude & incompetent people to answer their phones and deal with customer service. Will never use them again and would not recommend them!!

      Hi Jason I see your review was from a few years ago. Our old billing system did send out invoices 7 days prior to the actual due date. There was a period of time that a glitch in the software was pulling the payment on that day, even though the billing cycle started 7 days later. That glitch has been fixed and the payment currently pulls on the day the billing cycle renews. It appears that you rented from us for a couple of years, I hope this wasn't a recurring issue. Very sorry that you had a negative experience with our office manager at the time, I hope it was reported to the owners. As always we appreciate your business.
