  I've never taken the time to write a review but this moving service warrants one... Movers showed up 2 1/2 DAYS late for a local delivery in Manhattan when I had written confirmation of the correct date and time. Flew down to NYC to meet them, took off work, etc. They arrived at my new building at 9:30 pm at night when I specifically outlined that my building would not allow this. My new doorman and staff were totally beside themselves. Complete disaster and beyond disappointing... Do not work with Cynthia. And then proceeds to screen emails and phone calls to avoid dealing with the situation.

  Homie working the facility was super late waited outside for a while. Didn't apologize for being late AF. There's literally no signs outside tell you the hours of operations. Even when you call the Call Center they also had the hours incorrect. It's a fixable problem, just do better guys. Seriously!!!

  Let's start by saying I had a huge move. So I shopped around. Most moving companies said they can fit it all into one tractor trailer and it would cost 10,000, - 12,000. Dollars. Well all those moving companies would have raped me because we had close to TWO tractor trailers full. Moishe's Movers said 3 smaller trucks, and a forth on stand by. They were correct. They worked within my budget and helped pack everything that I didn't have time to pack. Also they warped all the furniture and loaded for over 10 hours. 4 smaller trucks. They brought tape dollies blankets stretch wrap and did not spare useing them. The guy loading the truck was amazing. He filled every inch of those trucks. I've had to load trucks before it was my job because I can tell what size space you have and what box will fit into that space. I felt that my money was well spent. 8-10 guys moving for 2 days straight 4 trucks and over a 200 miles move. Their was some breakage but only very minor stuff. And mostly stuff that was press board built. And 3 wine glasses that were not packed correctly. Please listen to me! Their are companies that you can trust with your move and ones that will rape you. Do your home work and pick Moishe's Movers. Their the best.
