  The worse move experience I have ever had. The lady, who did the estimate, missed the half of what had to be moved in a ONE bedroom apartment. Then, she tried to blame my wife for it. Because of that we rewrote the contract several times. The crew showed up late, three men, one of them drunk, the other one - totally incompetent. Only one guy knew what he was doing. They didn’t have any tools to reassemble my furniture. Luckily I had my tools available. They didn’t have any mattress boxes, or mirror cartoons. I had to provide them with all of that, but they still charged us for those. It took them 6 hours to unload a one bedroom apartment. They lied to us that our mattresses (including the baby mattress) were placed in boxes and were well protected at their storage. The mattresses were delivered 3 weeks later with no boxes. They completely crushed several boxes with lamp shades and table tops. They lost an extra large Home Depot box and didn’t even bother to search for it. They compensated only by the retail price, but there were original soccer balls from previous world cups in that lost box. As collectable items, it is impossible to replace these. with the original prices now. We haven’t received a single call, or an apology from the company. Update: The Company management contacted us and formally apologized for the negative experience we had. They assured us, that additional quality control improvements have been implemented as they strive for 100% customer satisfaction.
