We contracted MM360 for a move recently and unfortunately the experience wasn't great. I will compliment the owner in that he is very communicative and booking the job itself was very easy. Our main issue was that when initially scoping out the size of the project I underestimated the amount of items to be moved (was helping my parents remotely) which resulted in MM360 showing up with a truck that was undersized for the job. This I can certainly take some of the blame for based on how they operate, but I feel like it would be a good idea for them to ask for either pictures or a video walkthrough of what is to be moved rather than leave it all in the customer's hands to accurately size up the job since clearly this can be misjudged and result in an incomplete job. A second issue we had is that for the money paid for two guys to show up (1.5hrs late) - one of them fairly unmotivated, we have a dinged up wall and incomplete assembly on some bedroom furniture. When the wall was pointed out, one of the guys shrugged their shoulders and said sorry.. No mention of deducting money from the bill to help with the repair on freshly painted walls. We were quoted $140/hr for a three-man crew which ended up being just two guys, and I was not made aware that I'd be taking on the cost of renting the equipment since they don't have their own trucks and pass on the rental cost onto their customers... Not a bad business model for them!

Highly recommend Monster Movers 360 - Manny and the crew. They really set me up perfect and left the place spotless after the move was done. This was a short notice move too! Disassembly, Reassembly, a challengingly large couch...
