  We read the reviews and thought using these folks was a safe bet. The amateur staff damaged the back of the leather furniture irrepairably and have not been forth-coming in taking care of this damage as they claimed they would. It has been four months now and this is still not resolved. I "inserted myself because I recommended calling your organization to begin with... Make it right.

  Hey Randy, we have no record of your move. We do, however, have an ongoing resolution with a client that has been delayed several times due to repair technicians scheduling which we have no control over; not sure if the move your referring to is not your own and your inserting yourself based on bad information or if your leaving a fabricated review (again, we’ve never spoken to you or have knowledge of who you are). Regardless, we intend to make it right with our respective clients whenever the situation is in our control. We strive to do our best, tho we are not perfect, we do make efforts to correct any wrongs to the best of our ability. Sometimes there are factors outside our control ie: schedules of repair technicians and we understand the frustrations that can bring. thanks for your feedback!

  The crew at Montana Muscle Movers is the hardest working and most efficient crew ever. I have moved to 17 different homes in 6 different states in the last 40 years and I rate this company the best I've ever had for a move. The move was complex with four different points of loading and unloading. The five man crew was very careful and considerate of my belongings. They were professional and friendly. They will be my first choice for whatever task lies ahead. Montana Muscle Movers are simply the best !!!

  Montana Muscle Movers did a wonderful job for us. They were right on time, worked hard, took very good of our furniture, and were friendly and great to work with. Highly recommend!
