My experience with Morningstar Storage was absolutely delightful. We were not 100% committed to renting a unit when we went in, but by the end of our visit we were absolutely sold, without any part of the process ever feeling "salesy". Derek Babcock (property manager of our Oviedo location) was an absolute pleasure to work with. He has a welcoming and kind personality that made us feel comfortable from the moment we walked in. He took us on a tour to see the units and explained every last detail with complete transparency so we understood all obligations and fees associated with renting and would not be caught off guard later by a bunch of hidden fees that were never discussed. He did not pressure us to move forward, but rather led us to our decision that felt quite effortless. He explained that Morningstar as a company views their tenants as family, and he immediately made us feel part of that. The facility is extremely clean and easy to navigate with 24hr access and bathrooms on site. We were given free access to their moving truck for our first use and we moved our things in that evening. We rented an indoor 10x10 unit and cleanliness was absolutely the biggest factor for us so we are thrilled to be somewhere that is kept clean and smells nice. This facility is a place I definitely trust with my possessions and feel good about, and Derek is an absolutely gem of a person to run it. We are so happy to be part of the Morningstar Oviedo family, 10/10 recommend!
