Motivated Movers moved us on short notice from Alabama to Florida and did an amazing job. The moving team was professional and excellent in packing the truck and making sure everything was secure. Evan Lowe handled the move from start to finish and made our move stress free. Motivated Movers were very professional, on time, quick and careful, and over the top helpful! Alex, Joe and Justin were amazing! I would highly recommend to anyone who needs movers and you should definitely ask for this team of guys! They definitely went above and beyond and literally always had a smile!

The guys that came were nice! They forgot my grill and the washing machine fell off the lift. I know it was an accident but I thought they would replace with another one. Management called me and I was not happy with their response or the way I was talked down too. Especially about how insurance works, which I happen to sell. I know they never even turned in a claim they sent me a cashiers check for less half the amount it cost to purchase a new one. I should have been talking to their insurance company not them, who know if they even had any insurance! The closest comparable washing machine they could find was over a 100 miles away in Tn. l, I told them they could go buy it and bring it to me in an email that I was never responded back to. To sum it up I would never use this Company again. I specifically chose them due to their experience and expertise and was not impressed at all, especially with Management who definitely needs to take a course in Customer Service. I would never recommend this Company to anyone !!
