This place was chaotic--the most hectic DMV atmosphere I have ever witnessed, and also the worst experience I ever had of Anywhere in All of McCormick County. All the staff except for the lady doing the vision testing were running around like their heads were cut off, and the least little thing that needed filling out required me to get out of line, get back in line, and see someone different who said I did or didn't need certain info or paperwork the previous lady said I did or didn't need. Definite lack of consistency among this staff. All I was there to do was notify them of a car that got sold. I filled out the paper, and that should have been the end of it. The lady I saw the first time and third/final time in line got short/nasty with me. Stay away from this DMV--drive to a different surrounding county. You will be glad you did, even if it's only to be able to go on a day other than Wednesday--the only day of the week this location is open. I understand they're in the legal business and not the hospitality business, but Lordy!!!

It was one of the most pleasant Motor vehicles department visits I ever had. The Employees were nice and pleasant very helpful the Manager helped me with a situation with some documents that I need, She was very helpful and did all That She could with a smile on her face. In and out no wait time.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Perhaps the only DMV in the state where they'll actually take the time to help you resolve any issue you may have.
