My boyfriend has been renting for several months storing some of our home goods. Recently one of our units was broken into and robbed. They say there are cameras but there aren't. They can't even keep up with paperwork. They keep telling us different fees each month and want to charge different prices for the same size unit. Who charges $5.99 to pay over the phone when it's a computer?!
