  We bought a refrigerator from Lowe's that had been delivered. Lowe's came to our house four times and were unable to move our new refrigerator each time. It sat in our garage for almost two weeks. My husband called Move 4 Less, who actually came the same afternoon that he called. The price was great and the movers were thoughtful, courteous, efficient and skilled. We are so thankful to them for coming out on the same day and providing such a great service. I can definitely recommend this company.

  Poor communication between scheduling and actual service. Has been over a month since move and still no response about damages done. Would advise going with another option at this point. Now am being accused of being a fake customer? I emailed pictures of the damages to the move4less Gmail account. Got zero response. I stand by my review and will not throw out trite accusations. This company is not worth the trouble in Charleston WV. Stand clear from any business that would prefer to cut a customer down than to just fix a small error on their part.

  This is a fake competitor and has no merits nor is our customer ever! If there were damages they would have been processed in the right manner accordingly and no one in over 10,000 moves executed have had issues of such. We have our legal department handling this matter right away. Don’t forget we work with government and homeland security in executing Moving contracts For them. All our employees are well guarded and well paid each over $20 per hour. You never been our customer anytime period, for you are a scum and should be ashamed of yourself for most of our employees are veterans and upcoming entrepreneurs in the making. We make West Virginia great and a wonderful place of business. You are one of our competitors or a miserable person, as we have seen in other companies reviews that never served you period!

  Horrible experience, horrible customer service after I reported damage. This place sucks. And if you leave a negative review they just try to public shame instead of inquiring and trying to resolve the issue. The customer is always wrong should be their slogan.
