  AVOID AT ALL COST!!! I have never been compelled to write a review before on anything, and you can think this is a one off experience, but ask yourself do you want to take a chance with a moving company that treats their customers in an unprofessional way? Here is play by play of the worst moving experience I have ever had. Moving was estimated to be a 6-8 hour day with 3 movers- Moving took a total of 14+ hours out of an APARTMENT. Movers damaged nearly every form of furniture I had- No compensation was given for the damages. Movers were sick, threw up on property multiple times, took many smoking breaks, and stole 2 beers from me-They only compensated 1 hour of my time. I moved more than my workers moved that I PAID for. Tried to make a claim they were not accommodating for sending me sick movers, they did not compensate the furniture I had to replace, and they damaged my new houses' walls, staircase, and new hardwood floors. Estimators were COMPLETELY wrong. Don't believe their estimators if they tell you a certain time for a job. THEY WERE 8 HOURS OFF. Beyond that the actual movers were nice people just weren't up to the tasks of moving, were sick, and knew and told me that Move Central's estimators were ALWAYS wrong and don't have any experience with how long an actual job should take. Please avoid at all cost. Hopefully this post will save some people stress and additional work.

  1 Hired this company thinking that they were highly recommended and professional. Specifically let them know that it was a one bedroom apartment and then I had heavy furniture that needed to be transferred into a storage unit storage close at 6 o’clock they showed up within the bracket time but decided to take their time wrapping everything when I specifically told him that I did not want anything wrapped that I had my own blankets and material Before he started. They took three hours to just load everything in this room Was unable to arrive on time to the storage unit due to them assuming that the company close at seven. 2. Next day I am still waiting for my stuff to be delivered to the storage unit they do not call you back they do not communicate with you and they are saying that they’re charging me three times in amount that I was quoted on for wrapping and overnight storage. When I Specifically told him I did not need anything wrapped except one thing. They have said that they tried contacting me never received a phone call from them I have called them over seven times this morning and I have been told that I will be getting calls back and I have to call somebody I just found out that they switched me to the afternoon again and currently still waiting for my things to be delivered so they are charging me as much as they can for mistakes that they did I highly recommend you do not go to this company your things will not get delivered and they are very unprofessional.

  After reading and nearly being scared away by the negative reviews, I feel its VERY necessary for me to share my perspective. We had an extremely positive experience worth sharing! We just got done moving with Move Central. James and Anthony moved us out. Frank was our main dispatch. James and Anthony were fantastic, professional, hard working and punctual. Frank was equally professional and communicative. The next day (long haul move) Johnny and Mario moved us in. They were outstanding, too. No damage, no missing items, no issues. To top it off- these guys charged reasonable prices and frankly beat the hell out of their competition's estimate. I walked away 100% satisfied and would absolutely recommend this team to anyone.
