We bought a safe from Mark outdoors and they used move masters to deliver to us. First off they did not give us any heads up they were coming. Second the main guy was very rude and arrogant and after the fact proceeded to tell me that it would be a $10 charge per stairs. I would not recommend and will not be using again. It literally takes more energy to be rude than to be nice. We ended up leaving the small safe in our garage and we will pay someone else to move it in our house.

Mrs. Humphrey, Your husband was given an ETA during the scheduling of your delivery. The crew attempted to call twice to advise they are on the way. During scheduling your husband was asked about stairs and he said NO STAIRS, it is going in the garage. I will be happy to email you the recording of the phone call to prove this to you. You were also given a $250 discount from our normal rates. As a business owner I'm sure you know we cannot simply give away our services.

I needed a gun safe and a few other large items moved, and Kim was able to fit me in same day. The guys arrived on time, and they moved my safe with ease. Great service from start to finish. Thank you so much.

I have used several different moving companies for a variety of different occasions. Had I known about Move Masters from the get go, I would not have used ANYONE else!! Professional, courteous, attention to detail, and extremely professional. They’ve got my business, and anyone asking for a great moving company.
