  These guys are great. They were under a time crunch and did all they could to get everything loaded. The are professional and careful. The only reason they didn't get 5 stars is after I got to my destination to unload, I found that some items that were marked not to lay flat were played flat. Highly recommend them for loading and unloading your household goods.

  Very cheap, very pathetic. Showed up hours late without a phone call, and when he finally answered my call, he acted like it was no big deal. Took them almost 2 hours to get to Seward (from Lincoln) once the truck was heading out. Company owner was occasionally friendly then downright rude in the same breath. The other employee was very pleasant, however; we wished he would've been the only one there helping us move.

  I'll start by saying this review is either fake or intended for another company! This is the owner replying and I can guarantee Move Within Movers did not provide this service. We don't have any record of performing this job nor do we have your contact info anywhere in our books. I also know that we have not been out to Seward for over two years to provide moving services. The internet and reviews are great because they keep business's honest and hold them accountable. On the contrary , it can also be harmful to small companies when consumers either leave fake reviews or mistakenly leave reviews for the wrong company, without actually proving they utilized the services. We have had issues before in the past where folks have left a review intended for another business. We are a small company and the integrity of our name means a lot to us. So it really is unfair that we are stuck with a false review. We have been mistaken for another " Local Company" before in the past. Google or yelp their reviews and I think you will see a common trend with the owner being rude. So once again it's unfortunate that we now have to live with a bad review for a service we did not provide.   I hate writing negative reviews but I feel this one is necessary. DO NOT BOOK THESE GUYS UNLESS YOU'RE OK WITH NO ONE SHOWING UP. I had scheduled a move with them yesterday Nov 24th starting at 9 am. 9:30 rolls around and no movers. I call, no answer. I then receive a TEXT message from Jacob stating that he has me scheduled for the next Saturday. He's sorry but he's out of town and nothing he can do for me. So I'm sitting in an apartment with everything I own boxed up, with a uhaul paid for and ready to go and no movers. And he can't even bother to call me, just text messages and no help whatsoever. Oh, he did text some generic website for me to try to scramble and book movers again same day. What a guy. He claimed there must have been a miscommunication, which means he can't read a calendar as I have the piece of paper with the date written down from when I booked. When booking, I verified the date twice during the phone call and even made a point at the beginning of the call to confirm if they were even available as it was the Saturday right after Thanksgiving, as in I specifically said it was the Saturday following Thanksgiving. But according to him (by text of course) it was my fault, not his. And just for more detail, I booked these guys this time despite evidence to not do so. They did a move for me 3 years ago. On that move they were over an hour late, with no phone call. I had to call them to find out they were going to show up. So yesterday I assumed it was more of the same. I went ahead and booked them any way because on the actual loading and unloading my stuff part, they were fine and I like to give my business to people I've worked with before if I can. Of course when I initially tried to contact them through their website this time, after days went by, I had received ZERO response and had to call them to check availability. Odd for a guy who won't pick up the phone and will only text when they screw up. I'm sorry this is so long but I am still furious the next day and sincerely hope no one else books these guys and ends up in the same crappy situation they placed me in yesterday.

  We do apologize for the miscommunication. Either you told us the wrong date or there was a misunderstanding. The date you desired would not have been an option as we were closed that day. Unfortunately it's possible for there to be miscommunication between parties when setting up and utilizing any service. We did take the time to try and help you find another company for the date desired. Once again ,we are sorry you had this experience with Move Within Movers.
