❌️❌️DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY❌️❌️ ❌️❌️READ THE REVIEWS AND OWNERS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL RESPONSES❌️❌️ I made the mistake of doing so. The movers were slow but very nice. They damaged every piece of new furniture they moved. Upon speaking with the so-called Christian owner, I was told the damage was very old damage that had to have happened in a prior move. The furniture is new, was only delivered by Ashley furniture store from Ashley furniture store to my home, fully wrapped and undamaged. Some pieces were delivered 5 months ago, other pieces 1 month ago. I now have scrapes on all of my furniture from being dragged across concrete. A cigarette burn on an ottoman, from one of the movers who was smoking. Curtis, the owner is now telling us we made the burn because his workers do not smoke, even though one of his employees exited the rented enterprise moving truck with a cigarette in hand. In a very low, ridiculous attempt to place blame on us, Curtis has gone to extremes, claiming our home reeked of Marijuana and cigarette smoke. No one has ever smoked in my home. Apparently, Curtis wasn't aware both our new and old unit were walked through by office personnel for inspection and touch ups within this same time frame of these claims. I assure you, your blasphemous claim is quite absurd, and look forward to proving otherwise with the owners threat of filing criminal charges. Curtis now refuses to communicate or submit a claim for damages caused by his employees. We paid $437 to move two rooms, less than 3 buildings away, and now have damage to all of our new furniture. I wish I read the reviews before hiring them. I only gave 1 star because there is no 0. You should be ashamed of yourself, claiming to be a Christian.

This is a Christian company and we appreciate honesty in both directions. We have 2 movers that stated your home and furniture wreaked of cigarettes and marijuana. They also said that you offered them drugs as gratuity which we will be persuing in a crimnal investigation. Regretfully we will NOT be committing insurance fraud for you as well. It was very clear in your photo's that the damage was old and by no means fresh. Sorry folks, moving doesn't descrimnate. We move everyone, both the good and the bad. This moving company is horrible , the boss claims to be a Christian but Speaks to his clients/customers with attitude, profanity and complete unprofessionalism. Each one of his workers was telling me how he doesn’t pay them on time. How he charges them and takes money out of there hard working checks for damages. When every professional moving company should have insurance. The owner Curtis Hersey torments his customers and speaks to them like there less of a person than he is . It’s complete disrespect. His workers dinged up my walls, broke off the legs of my dresser and cracked a very antique and memorable mirror that has been passed down from generation to generation in my family . Than when it was all said and done the lead man on my job told me that Curtis took all the money from the damages directly from his paycheck. That is foul and this is a very foul and selfish man . I would not use them for a move ever again as long as Curtis is running the company. Im honestly appalled by how this man treats his clients and employees!!!!! If I could give and advice to anyone looking to move and use this company, id say you simply should find another moving service . This isn’t a review written by the bots that he pays to give 5 star reviews I am a hardworking ,paying customer. I wouldn’t recommend there services to anybody, ANYWHERE.

Thank you for enlightening our clients with your info. We are sorry that your services were no longer needed to assist as a mover with this company. Our clients prefer not to have damages done and by law we are 100% aloud to do these deductions. We have told you from the start, with paperork that you signed, that you had the right to do your own repairs or we would gladly provide someone to do them for you at your cost. If movers were not charged for this service they would have no reason to care about the clients items. There was no obligation to work here under these rules just and there was no obligation for us to keep you with a high damage rate. Good luck to you and may God bless you on all future endeavors. We had a nightmare experience w this company. The movers hit a parked car and took off and are trying to deny liability despite the police having an eye witness. They also damaged multiple expensive items of furniture that belonged to my late step father then tried to blame us for it. One of them stopped working for over 20 minutes to talk on the phone during the move. Additionally they were 5.5 hours late. My mother and I were kind enough to buy them dinner during the move and let them stop working for another 20-30 minutes to eat. I wish I never hired them because despite our patience and kindness to them they literally left a trail of destruction behind them and have taken no responsibility whatsoever. Stay away!!!

This is a Christian company and we appreciate it if the honesty flows in both directions. You requested an afternoon move which we inform all customers that they must wait for the morning moves to be completed, we will call you 45 minutes in advance, you can go about your normal daily schedule as long as you stay within a 45 minute radius of your home. Afternoon does not mean right at noon. As for the car that was damaged, you are in an apartment complex, we have several cars that like to whip around our parked trucks in tight spaces and do not realize what is on the opposite end. This was not your car. This was your neighbor. Video surveillance is being reviewed by authorities to see who hit your neighbors car. We have a $3,000,000 insurance policy that covers damages that are incurred by our company that we pay $3000.00 a month for. We would not help you commit insurance fraud to get your antique your warn antique furniture fully refinished. Thank you and God Bless.
