  While the crew made the move happen, it did take twice as long as I was quoted; so I paid twice as much as I had budgeted for. There was no mention of a 10% fuel charge when I was quoted, found that out from the movers when they arrived; one of the movers even said it's usually not known. TV ended up broken as the cherry on top. Again, good crew, but management needs a better process. ETA: It was a 400 sqft studio that moved within Aurora from 80015 to 80013 - a 10 minute drive. I submitted a website message request for a quote with a specific list of items to be moved and asked how long it would take. I was told 3-4 hours on the phone. I did not ask for the cost of 4 hours. The fuel charge was not discussed on the phone. It was only mentioned by the moving crew once they arrived. At that point, it was too late to not agree to the fuel charge. It was snowing; I offered another day but the crew said they would come later on the same day, which was fine. I did send messages via email, website through Google page and text over a week's period regarding the TV but did not get a response until then.

  With all the respect I never quoted you for hours coming from Denver going to Colorado Springs with two bedroom apartment plus it was snowing, you asked me how much it’s going to cost if it’s gonna take four hours and I told you the price for four hours but I told you right away that there’s no way for me to tell you how many hours it will take and the guys did a good job for you and in regards to your TV you call us two weeks later after the move not a day not two days later and saying that it was broken I would have love to take care of it for you, and the fuel surcharge I did give you an estimate in writing saying that there’s gonna be fuel surcharge

  I’ve been referred to this company by my friend to move my two bedroom house Art the manager walk me through about all the services and their fees he was a very polite Genetlem. He gave me a very good rate on top of that he also gave me a military discount, when the guys came they were very professional and polite, do you disassembled of my furniture protected with blankets and shrinkwrap in my new location they assembled it back together they put everything right where I wanted to be they were very communicative, none of my stuff got damagede and when they left I did not have to move not a one piece, I would definitely recommend them to anybody that I know, I’m glad I was referred to this company thank you movers for you thank you Mike and Robert you guys did an awesome job, you did it quick safe and stress-free, you are a real professionals.

  I’m very satisfied with this company! Mike, Robert and Victor came in on time and after asking me to walk them through to show them what’s going or not they got to work right away. They took real good care of my furniture by protecting it with shrink wrap and blankets. Overall moving my 3 bedroom house they hardly took any breaks and they were asking me if they can take a 5 minute break. They worked real hard and all of my belongings were in perfect condition. Thank you kindly guys for your excellent service!!! I will 100% recommend you to everyone I know. I saved your phone number and In the future I’ll always call you if I’ll ever need to move again.
