Very unprofessional, employees did not know what to do they were young kids I was supposed to have three guys who could move my household items in 4 hours and it took him two days. Two of the younger kids quit halfway through the job, I ended up doing as much work as I would have if I had just had my friends helped me move. My mom paid for it she's in California they charged her $1,500.13. I am appalled!!! If you're looking for someone that move you do not call these guys!!!!

Sara, we’re sorry for your experience. We personalize every move, and offer free estimates in order to give as accurate a quote as possible. In your case, a site visit was declined, due to your stated urgency of the move, and we relied upon your statements. You indicated that you needed 1 bedroom of a 2 bedroom apartment moved, that your items were packed and ready, and that you also needed items moved from a 5 x 10 ft storage unit that was in a different location. You indicated that 2 people would be fine. I explained that moving the next day would be optimal, since my staff would be fresh. You insisted that the move take place that day and implied that your personal safety was at stake. I sent 3 people when they finished a different move. It turned out that your items were far greater than stated, that they were not packed and ready, and that the storage unit was twice as large as stated. Your items filled a 26-foot trailer, known to hold 8000 lbs of household goods, and overflowed onto a second vehicle. Due to the sheer volume of items, there was not time the first day to finish the move, and we had to finish the next day.
