  Pros: 1. Renting process was simple 2. Facility access is easy but secure Cons: 1. 2 of 3 units leaked 2. 1 of 3 doors was obviously hit by vehicle and not repaired making it difficult to open. 3. They start billing the day you move in. We sold our house before finding one here. When we did and received our closing date, they said we had to pay for entire month. Other places allow a 2 week notice. Cost us $70+. Not customer friendly.

  Hi Steve! We're sorry you had such a poor experience. We always try to address our customer's concerns: 1) We only know if a unit needs interior maintenance if the customer informs us. Since you didn't bother to inform us that you had any issues when you moved out, we sure are glad you left this review, or we wouldn't have known there was an issue that needed addressed. So thank you! BTW, we only show you rented two units, not three. 2) You are incorrect about the door being hit by a vehicle. The building was hit by a vehicle. That is the damage you are referring too. The door and door rail were replaced after that incident. The door doesn't lift with any more difficulty than any of the other units on the property. 3) Of course we start billing when you move-in. Our policy is that rent is prorated the month of move-in but not the month of move-out. That is clearly stated to the customer at time of move-in and is also stated very clearly in the paperwork we give our customers. If you did not care for those policies, you certainly weren't obligated to rent from us! We do appreciated your business, however, and we will try to do better!
