Bought out by Storage star a couple months ago and everything has gone down hill since. Truly awful. They upped the price of multiple units, and moved forward the payment due date of all units without letting people know. I would honestly feel better keeping my stuff in a gym locker than this dump.

I rented a storage unit for a little over a year. It was very conveniently located, with secure gated access. All of my interactions with the staff, whether in person, or on the phone, were very friendly, accommodating, and helpful. I no longer have the need for a storage unit, but if I ever do again, I would not hesitate to rent again from Muni.
