  I purposely googled a company thinking that if they had a 5 star from google then they must be good. Boy was I wrong. Ryan in the office told me that they use new blankets on every customer. When I called to confirm it a second time because they were more money then every other company but I thought with everything going on I wanted new blankets to wrap my furniture and things so I would pay extra. He confirmed a second time that I would get all new blankets. When the guys got to my house they had used old blankets with holes when I asked about new blankets they said they never use new blankets and they only wash them once a month. So now I not only didn’t get new blankets they were not even washed. They didn’t supply the movers with the proper tools to be able to take apart my furniture or put my furniture together after moving to new location. They quoted me $900. Then charged me $1450. Called to talk to a manager it’s been a month and still no call back. There is no way this company is a 5 star.

  Kevin and his team are wonderful! They make the moving process super easy and as stress free as moving can be for my residents. From start to finish their follow up and follow through have been phenomenal. Don't wait or call anywhere else - save yourself the headache!!

  Moving sucks! But what didn't suck for my move was my decision to use MUV. Communication at every step. You can track the arrival of your team, they were professional and attentive. Attention to detail with the fragile items, courteous and helpful. Went above and beyond to make sure furniture was placed in the right spot and all my belongings were cared for. Repeat customer for sure.
