  Great job by the team that came out from MyProMovers. I had some heavy items I was worried they'd have trouble with, but Caros and crew not only were able to move them, they ensured everything was protected. The crew was professional, efficient, and courteous. Great value for the cost as well. I'd recommend MyProMovers to anyone looking to move.

  This was my 2nd time in life hiring movers. Whether good or service, I believe a company's job is to guide a customer through a process so there are no surprises. I made my reservation with Yeva (over the phone), who was concise, clear and upbeat. She asked thorough questions and I felt comfortable booking. Based on her questions, I had communicated that there were stairs, the quantity of boxes and told her a couple of my biggest furniture pieces, etc. Day of move, Ilya & Jake arrived at 9am (within the quote time range, yay!). It was a bit rocky at the beginning. Ilya seemed worried that I had too many items for 2 guys to handle in the allotted time. He expressed that there were far more items to move than were listed on my profile. I explained that had I been informed of the importance of listing EVERY item from the beginning, I would have done so. They ended up calling a 3rd guy over to help. Didier (sp?) came over and helped speed things up! Everything was packed, driven to new location and unpacked by 1pm (yay!). The guys were great, and I'd recommend them to anyone moving locally. Just can't give a 5-star because I feel there was a disconnect amongst solicitation of information between customer to company.

  Working with MyPro Movers was a fantastic experience. We had an odd job we needed help with - a heavy (~700 lbs) and bulky item that was arriving at an uncertain date and time, to be dropped curbside, that we needed brought into our house and up a flight of stairs. They were incredibly flexible - rescheduling multiple times as we got more information - and ultimately arriving within an hour of when the item was dropped off. They moved their time up and came as soon as I texted them to say the item had arrived early! I also was able to keep them updated (and vice versa) via text message, which was extremely convenient. Ultimately, they brought everything inside safe and sound. They will be my go to for any future moves!
