  Booked load with this company to deliver load on New Years Eve. Received a bogus delivery appt. and delivery number. Do not book loads with this company. Three days and counting loss revenue. Truck still loaded with 7 pallets. Load your trucks with this stuff and not broker the load out. Lost time with my family on New Years while these liars were at home with their families. To all my fellow drivers avoid this company at all cost. Only gave 1 star to rate…should be - 5 stars.

  I've been a professional driver for 16 years and started with NAPA with hopes to join their lease to own program. From the start it was a very positive experience. No company or truck is perfect so there are ALWAYS snags, but overall I would, and have recommended NAPA to any driver looking for a company that does what they say they will.... KEEP YOU RUNNING and GET YOU HOME. I had to start as a company driver for 90 days to qualify for the LP program. Napa has a really good customer base, (Hershey, P&G, Anheuser-Busch, etc.), so I ran hard, and that coupled with the partnership type relationship with my driver manager made me really good money even as a company driver. I routinely got home when I was supposed to (weekly) and ALL of that carried over to when I became a LP driver. The process to switch over to LP was easy and management was willing to answer all of my questions and get me the truck with the mileage I wanted. They have Volvos, Freightliner, and Western Star. The goal is to net you $1000 per day to the truck and honestly for the last 8 months it's hard to remember a week that I didn't net at least that and much more... My average take home after expenses are about $3100. And I am home every week. This review was longer than I planned so I'll wrap it up.... Pros: Honesty, professionalism. Solid customer base. Good late model Equipment. No forced dispatch. Great mileage for company drivers and revenue for the LP driver. Steaight up hometime, on time, much more often than not. Cons: ... There is no perfection no matter how glowing this review is so be warned. ... Line haul rates out of the northeast could be better. Work on that NAPA! ... They will make you very mad at least once or twice, trust me. How that ends depends on your maturity and knowledge of the industry. Never be ignorant of your worth as a driver and you'll be fine!
