Got bamboozled into buying a special lock when the plain old one I had would have worked fine. I should have looked for myself, but was in a hurry and took the manager at his word (on the phone) that I needed the unique lock that he sold for $13.95.

For your convenience, we provide facility-specific locks on-site for your purchase; however, you are never required to purchase a lock from us. If a customer has a lock that will work for their unit door, they are welcome to use it. If not, locks can be purchased from us at a competitive market price. If you already had a lock that would work for your unit door and were not given the option to use your personal lock, please contact us at [email protected] and we would be happy to discuss a refund for the purchased lock. Rodney could not have been more pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. He was super friendly, knew the area, knew the various locations and helped guide me thru making my choices. Once he learned it was my birthday and we had recently moved here from San Diego CA, he was super helpful with referrals for local services, restaurants and things to do with the dobies... also wishing me a most happy birthday! Efficient, resourceful and professional! Good first impression and you only get one chance to make a first impression! 5 Stars to Rodney!
