  Mike did a fantastic job, started with an inquiry and ended with a storage unit. Everything was done over the phone and through e mail. He steered me through the process, fast and painlessly. This is the second unit unit I have rented from Neighborhood in the past couple years. I had a good experience both times.

  I have rented there for over four years. I keep my two collector cars in two separate units. This past year they have raised my rent TWICE ! You would think that they would take better care of their long term customers. They spent good money on stupid keypads that you can't read at night. Also, they took off the large unit numbers and replaced them with SMALL numbers impossible to find at night ! This pertains to iot 21 North.

We would like to address the items you have brought up in hopes of shedding some light on the issues you are experiencing. Per our records, your rent has only been increased once per calendar year of you renting with us. We do periodically increase tenant rental rates that are below market rate in the area. This is assessed on an ongoing basis, and we never increase rates past the going market rate. Additionally, in regards to the newly installed keypads, these keypads are the most up to date technology for the self storage industry, and are equipped with LED displays and lights to make it easier to use. As for the unit numbers - these numbers were changed to prevent confusion for our customers due to the unit number system being altered.   Move in was easy. Move out....awful. Initially just want to move to a smaller unit. I called multiple times and was told I would get a call back about transferring to a smaller unit. Never ever got a return phone call. I finally decided this would not be where I would be spending my money. And ultimately had to threaten legal action as I could not even get a response to close out my storage unit. Guess what. The well known orange truck rental place...you haul. Had the size unit I wanted for less money, and I can close out any time online. Bye 👋
