I was 620 miles away and he walked me through every step of signing, choosing my unit according to my needs and accessing my camera to complete photos of my license to complete rental. Very quick getting everything purchased online and finished up via phone, however we ran into our gate code not working and the kiosk not being able to provide us with our lock. Called after hours and they immediately got back with us and updated the system to get us in and also come to find out we had a free lock with online purchase. Maria from after hours got us squared away quickly and efficiently. The unit was clean and roomy. Thank you Maria for saving us!
