Called Neighborhood storage out of the blue, looking for a new location for our RV. Started with a few sites at one of their locations, but unfortunately with the length of my tow vehicle, I was not safely able to manage eat spots. Called back and spoke with Rodney explaining the problems and we assisted me in getting into their Site #2 to browse and get a feel for a few of the spots there. Rodney was very much professional and super polite and understanding the situation that I was in. Signed an agreement and really appreciated the fact that he cared for the customer. Thank you !

Kai is an amazing girl with a wonderful attitude and helped my mom and I even tho we didnt store our stuff there at that location. She gladly helped us get into a unit closer to our home. She definitely needs an extra hand tho as she was super busy with customers walking in which she still handled amazingly. Love her. Thank you so much
