  Do not use this company. They broke our wood dining table leg off and said that it was already loose. They broke a lamp and said it was that way when they saw it. They scratched wood items and did a terrible job of putting our bed back together - it was loose and had to be re-done. They didn't offer to protect the newly refinished wood floors in our home. In the end, the money we thought we were saving was gone in "fees" that were not provided in the quote. If you want all of your belongings crammed into a truck with no regard for their safekeeping and potentially broken items and then to be charged more than you expected - then this would be the company for you.

  I was using this moving company 2008, while.going this ugly divorce. Some how my personal property got stolen, from the move. I found out, my ex's family, paid cash to get all my property, I had very expensive things. I would get the run around from them. No straight answers, contact their customer service number number from 2008-2010, 2012-2014...I know my property is long gone, I heard some was on e-bay, local antique stores A horrible experience!!!

  Huge Improvement! Actually, I had a not so great experience with Neighbors in 2010. Last week a friend of mine was moving and she told me she had hired them. I tried to tuck her out of it, and showed her some bad reviews I had seen on the web, but it was too late. So, I decided to be present the day they were supposed to arrive, and I was ready to argue. I had to eat up my words, because they were just a few minutes late, well prepared, and there was no inconvenience at all. Then I checked out the reviews in a couple of places and realized the bad reviews are old, from 2 or 3 years ago. I guess they have been stepping it up lately, and I think I would probably give them a second chance.
