  Great experience from start to finish!! Moved across the state recently and hired Neighbors. Set up was simple. All my questions were answered promptly and the had the best prices overall. The movers were outstanding!! Very cordial, kind and accommodating beyond my expectations. Oscar, Enrique, Juan and Jose rocked and busted their butts getting our piano upstairs and getting my executive desk into a very narrow doorway. They asked where we wanted every single crate, offered to set up our bed frame and just were very nice people. Highly recommend!

  My movers were extremely responsive and kind. Someone from Neighbors Relocation Services made sure to email, text or call me to check-in and see how my packing was going and plan a day with me to move. They called the morning of my move as well to make sure that I was ready. Two movers arrived with their own large box truck and packing/wrapping supplies. Everything was moved out of my apartment for me and my couches, mattress and shelves were also wrapped in plastic and blankets to protect them. I was also offered protection for my floors and reimbursement options for damage. Everything was moved out and moved into my new unit within a timely manner and done with care. They also packed some things for me that I missed. Even with living in the middle of downtown Seattle and there not being much parking this moving company was able to figure out a way to get all of my things out of my unit and into their truck with diligence. The work they did was hard, but they still had smiles on their faces and were so kind. What they did for me was priceless as it would have been a nightmare to do on my own. I truly appreciate this company and all of their help. I recommend them to anyone and will definitely be going back if I ever have to move again!

  We had a two step move: leaving an apartment and moving back into our house after renovation. We requested a 4-person crew because the last time (leaving house to apartment) with a different company and a 3-person crew, it took 7 hours. This crew was so great at protecting our furniture with extra blankets, so efficient at loading the elevator and truck, and organizing the stored belonging at the house prior to unloading - it only took 4.5 hours including travel! They were professional, friendly, and efficient. Definitely recommend.
