  We were told that the crew of 5 movers would be here between 8-10, they promptly arrived at 8:05 with 5 crew as promised. John was very professional and Julie was great too, everyone worked hard got our whole apartment packed up with careful attention to wrapping and packaging our delicate items. All done and in the truck by 4:30! We live on the 3rd floor with no elevator and no one even complained at all. Super great crew, bummer others have had other experiences but ours was great!

  In my opinion, the workers I experienced were good as far as their work effort. The office crew needs on the other hand neess to tighten up seriously, on their on customer service, their businesses presentation, and exclude supervisors that seem to look for excuses to get out of work. Example: I arrived at 1pm and I'm told (by office guy) "my crew leaves in an hour" (me) "dude I have my own truck and my own crew to pick up my own things" (him "oh, let me get someone to meet you at the dock so u can load up your things" It took us about 1 hour and 30 minutes to finish and guess who's was still there, "You guessed it" I'm sure most of the staff is SOLID, maybe I met 1 of the few.

  Worst movers ever. The three movers this company sent clearly had very little experience. The distance between our old and new home is about five miles. The whole job should have been done in 6-8 hours but it ended up taking close to 12. We hired them to help pack and even though we had done a lot of it already, they were very slow and inept. They over wrapped plastic containers while not using any wrap at all for things like the dish drainer that poked through the box and almost scratched my new floor (luckily my husband's quick reflexes caught it). They loaded the truck incorrectly and could not fit all of our belongings even though there was plenty of room. They tried to reload which took more time and still couldn't figure it out so they ended up making two trips. My husband and his friend had to help to with the loading/unloading and packing to get things moving. One guy was actually puking outside supposedly due to allergies (probably hung over). When we complained they had to pick up the pace, we were told by the supervisor on the phone that they go slower to avoid damage. I guess that means breaking just one glass and marking up freshly painted walls doesn't count as damage. Another one of our friends jumped in to help and had to explain how to get a mattress up the stairs. We also had to re-put together our bed frame as it collapsed when they tried to put a mattress on it. We ended up doing the other ones. When they set down our entertainment center at the front door and were discussing how to carry it inside, I almost thought I was on candid camera. It was one ridiculous thing after another all day. They knocked a little off of the price for boxes and offered to paint the damaged walls but I would never trust these people to do anything in my home and the amount taken off the bill in no way pays for all the stress and aggravation.
