  I couldn't be happier, the crew was great. Surprisingly they wrapped every piece of furniture to prevent damage. Fast, efficient, and economical! New Horizons is the only company I'm calling when I need to move! An wonderful experience!

  I initially asked them for a quote. Right in the ball park with other ones. Went with Allied Van lines in the end. But these guys, kept (keep!) calling. When you tell them that you already picked someone different, they hang up on you right away, without a thanks or anything. The next day they call again. Always a different number. Pathetic...

  I am getting quotes for moving across the nation and this company was awful and unprofessional. I received 15 robocalls from them in less than 2 hours while I was at work. All the calls had different numbers so while I was trying to call back each number I was hung up on and cursed at. If they treat a potential client in that manner, there is no way I would trust them as a customer. Unless you are okay with awful customer service, I would not use this company.
