This company does not operate legally. They will not provide Rate Confirmations because Amazon pays them a larger amount than what they (New Realhm) pay you for the trips. They will not provide 1099-misc. They don’t use your MC # but they don’t give you their company info to be attached to your truck door. You are running under their MC but with your company information on your truck.

Shauna, the company operates legally per FMCSA and has passed DOT safety audit. We cannot supply you with credentials for your door because you are leased-on to another company. You cannot legally be leased on to our company without being added to our insurance. This entity also does not sub-contract, for we do not have a surety bond to do so. Please read up on the difference between a motor carrier authority vs a broker authority and ensure you are booking your loads accordingly!
