DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I had to give 1 star to be able to write a review, otherwise I would give them a ZERO. I was quoted for 4 hours of loading time on the pick-up. The guys were done in just under 2 hours. The email from the company (when they were trying to earn my business) indicated that the final bill could be less but would never be more. Michelle with the company indicated that I would receive a $200 credit to "call it even" and asked me to send final payment of $766.82 rather than $966.82. Unfortunately for me I had already sent the full amount via Zelle as instructed before they would begin unloading the truck at my final destination. Apparently Michelle spoke with Matt who would rather inflate my bill adding additional charges ($115) for moving blankets and tape when the agreement clearly indicates the customer would only be charged for boxes and moving supplies which I had already packed all of my belongings myself. Matt was extremely unprofessional on the phone and is one of those guys who won't let you speak, talking over you. He attempted to say they under charged me on the travel time which which was not true. Just another opportunity to renege on the $200 credit Michelle indicated I would receive. The "binding estimate" was for 7 hours from the upper Keys to Largo, FL. Also, they represent the company as professional movers with professional employees. BAHAHAHA!!!. There was one driver who apparently is an actual employee with the helpers retained from Craig's list at the pick up location and then different guys from Craig's list at the delivery location. Most importantly, see the photos of black grease on my silk palm tree and ruined lamp shades with no care taken at all. I now realize why you can only pay via Zelle or Venmo, so you cannot dispute payment. I can now let this go knowing I've done my small part in educating other consumers. Please go elsewhere and save yourself the grief and headache of dealing with this company.
Response from the owner
Hi Gail, you had one 7 minute conversation with Matt where he expressed some clarity on some things our crew heard you say on the job site. We take our crews safety and mental health very seriously. Aside from those 7 minutes you spoke with other staff members quite often so we do apologize you feel Matt was in a hurry, he is busy, but his call to you should not have been necessary if you were not telling our crew members certain things. We do not hire off craigslist only. We also hire off Indeed, Facebook, and zip recruiter. We currently have a labor database of over 200 laborers who are all vetted thoroughly by us and sent several training materials prior to serving any customers. Which is part of why Matt had to call you to explain to you. This was a courtesy call on top of the many courtesies you have been extended by our company during your move. Regarding your bill and charges, you were only charged for the hours your used (4 hours of labor) as you know. You were also given a 5 hour credit on your travel time which took well over 14 hours as you also know since you were driving right behind the truck and arrived with them. You were not charged a penny over the estimated price and were in fact given a $200 refund today which is the following business day since your claim which was sent to us by email and discussed with your assigned dispatcher on Friday. Today is Monday and have already been credited another $200. You have now been credited a total of $700 towards your move which is about 40% of what you were initially obligated to pay. Your signed estimate which you initialed right next to clearly states that travel time may vary due to traffic and weather conditions. We are very transparent about your rates and charges. When you were told your estimate would not increase with out justification, that meant we would not come to your house and double your estimate for no reason. However, we rendered you 19 full hours of service on Thursday and you only paid for 13.5 hours as a courtesy and kind gesture from us as we try to show every customer. We are the most considerate moving company in South Florida despite your review filled with non truths and incorrect statements. You had no damages from our end as your lamp shades being bent was your fault as you continuously loaded items to the truck even after we asked you not to. You did so to ensure you could request money back on hours. We honored your actual labor time with no dispute and even approved your request for money back which you have already received. You had no delays and no issues with us. We did not even know you had a problem until we saw your review which took us by surprise since we accommodated your every request... So to summarize, you were compensated $200 which is more than the amount you requested which was $177.00. You have been paid within 2 days for the amount of your claim submission. You had no delays from our end as you were delivered same night despite a 7 hour drive from your pickup to your delivery. You sent us text messages expressing how our movers were "beasts" (your word) and getting it done amazingly. You were joking with our driver the entire time and gave him your card. So it really does not sound like we deserve a 1 star review. We are sorry you feel so strongly to defame a company who clearly went above and beyond for you. Since your claim has been paid and closed. We wish you happier days and the best in your future endeavors. Be well.

Unprofessional. Doesn't show up on time and present no form of identity. I wasn't sure if they belong to their company or a local helper. Does the work slowly in order to account for more time. Just one main guy and the rest are helpers who are not even experienced (do not know how to wrap a blanket and how to tape up for protection). I doubt if they were any local helpers and not the company guys. Upon loading, they purposefully drove slow and makes an excuse of gas outage (ridiculous for a moving company to make this excuse as they mention fuel, tolls are all included). And expects me to help them give a ride to get the gas that was 10 miles away and bring the driver back to the location. Very adamant on money and rude behavior. Demands money when they want and if requested to pay after delivery, they threatened to drive away with the stuff and stating they are not responsible for the stuff. They arrived at night at the destination and surprisingly there is no light in the truck (again very ridiculous for a moving company to not have lights). When asked said the lights in the truck are not working and managed the move with a cell phone light. Very unprofessional. My bed screws are damaged due to their inexperience person applying over torque on the frames and damaged the furniture. I cannot use the bed anymore. Very unprofessional and do not trust the guy called Matt as he talks very sweetly till he gets your business but once payment is made, shows his true colors. Charges a lot and unprofessional. Will not recommend this to anyone. Beware of such moving companies.

Vishal, you were not upcharged for fuel. You were only charged an additional $240 for the 3 extra hours of labor you used since you did not have only 20 boxes and few items. Your review above clearly states you had many boxes. You lied when we did your estimate about your item list. Despite this, we only charged you for 2 hours more when you actually took 3 hours more. (1 free hour of labor credited to you). The truck was not delayed lol as the truck arrived before you did by 30 mins to your delivery location. There was heavy traffic yes, but we credited you any additional travel time. You did not pay for any additional travel time or fuel Vishal. You only paid for an additional 2 hrs of labor at $240 total. You are upset because we did not reassemble your bed on delivery. We explained to you that we can not just give you everything for free. You were given an hourly estimate based on your labor and travel time. Both labor and travel time went up and you were only charged for a portion of your extra labor time. Nothing for you additional travel time. We explained to you that disassembly and reassembly are not additional in cost because we build them in to the labor hours as common sense suggests we do. But since you used up all your labor hours and got a free one, we could not credit you more free labor hours. Your Total Move Was $1,500 rounded up for move that should have cost you $2,300+. You went from Palm City to Lake Mary (167 Miles). Your move was picked up and delivered same day with no delays, no damages despite that heavy increase of items compared to the item list you provided us. Deception and dishonesty during the estimate process with the goal of getting a low estimate only causes issues as we try to explain prior to reserving you and we always ask our clients to be detailed and honest about their move. Essentially, it is your move. Matt explained to you many times that with 2 hours of labor, you will only be able to load the items listed on your estimate. You left out many items. We are just a service provider. So lying about the amount of items you have really helps no one. The only reason we have on file for you to be upset is because you could not get more free services from our company. We are not sure where this sweeping sense of entitlement to free services is coming from, but we did a wonderful job by you move and hope you reconsider your review. Upper management will contact you to try and settle your issue with the reassembly that you feel so strongly about. But next time we suggest, that when you know you have so many items that even now months later you are still unpacking, be honest about your move. You order 2 hours of labor on pickup. You clearly needed 5 hours... Please be on the look out for an email from our claims department with an offer for you to settle your issue with reassembly. We hope to shows you, we are a company that is reliable, honest, and stands by their service. Have a good day and we do wish you the best.
