  I have been out of the country for 1 1/2 years. New River kept my storage unit clean and climate controlled. The owner even met me over there (40minute drive) to open my unit because I couldn’t find the keys. I am getting my stuff out tomorrow and it is just the way I left it: disorganized but perfect condition. 😂

  Amazing service! I am moving from across the country and it has been quite the ordeal. One of the smoothest interactions I have had during this entire process has been with Mark and his staff. They are friendly, courteous, hardworking, and have gone above and beyond to help me. I would recommend them to anyone that needed a storage solution. Apparently Mark is a newer owner of the place, and I am extremely pleased with the service I have gotten. The unit is clean, easy to access, and conveniently located. A huge thank you to New River Storage!! 10/10

  After renting a storage unit for the majority of the year, I've had 0 problems. Highly recommended!! Moving out of state or I would have kept it. Competitive pricing. Clean units/area. New owners. Very friendly and professional to deal with. (Cannot say the same for "AA storage") Nothing but good things to say about this storage facility! If you're looking for the best storage unit around, this is it!
