  NewRay was easy to work. Ashley walked me thru the process flawlessly (including estimates, scheduling, protecting my valuables, supplies, etc.) from getting a quote to finishing the job. The movers were professional and helpful. Dennis was very helpful in providing suggestions on how I should wrap glass items and valuable furniture items. They did a fantastic job packing my storage unit. The space wasn't very large, but they did a great job taking maximum use of the space (including vertically!). I will use them again when I move my stuff into a new home from the storage unit.

  Dennis and Cezhor were fantastic! Super quick and careful with our furniture. They were very nice and made sure we had everything taken care of. They finished on time and the charged amount was exactly as the initial quote specified. They were also very transparent about the price breakdown and explained it to us in clear terms. Ashley, the sales representative who helped us book the move, was also great. She was extremely prompt in responding to emails, sometimes within a minute of sending at late hours. We needed a couple extra items moved and she added those to the move with no problem. Super good experience, highly recommend!

  I have only amazing things to say about NewRay Moving for in-town move. They were communicative, offered a fair flat rate, and were flexible and accommodating; when I booked them, I goofed and accidentally put the wrong date, and when I realize my mistake - even though it was the day before and they were fully booked - they made it work. The two gentlemen who were sent to unload my truck were kind, affable, and fun to chat with. I had a few breakable pieces, and nothing broke. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them.
