  I was very impressed with the quality of work. Two men showed up to pack up my 1-bedroom apartment and worked efficiently-even keeping busy with what they could while it rained. They worked hard loading and unloading the truck. They were very kind to help put furniture in specific spots in my new apartment since it was just me and some of the pieces would have been hard to move on my own. Overall I felt it was great work for a good price.

  Terrible! Would not recommend. The two people that I worked with absolutely took advantage of the fact that I was a solo female on my moving day. They showed up late, and they were very lazy workers. They were not stacking anything on top of each other in the carts, they were taking items individually, one by one. They repeatedly took trips together for items that didn’t require two people. It took 4+ hours for them to load/unload a 1 bedroom apartment, and I ended up having to help them for the last two hours because they were not moving fast enough. They also felt that all my belongings would not fit into their 17 foot truck, when I looked myself it would have fit if they packed the truck better. Personally, I felt that they were dragging on the time to get paid more. At hour 4 I told them I only had enough to pay them for 4 hours (even though the contract only mentioned 3hours), as soon as I said that they immediately dropped everything and started tossing my stuff on the curbside and drove away, leaving me stranded. The entire trip took 4 hours and 10 minutes, and you bet they charged me for those 10 minutes! The ONLY reason they get two stars is because nothing was broken, and nothing was stolen. But I do have a lot of scratches on my wood because they didn’t use any material to cover it when carrying.

  Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you did not like our service. After careful investigation of your case please see our clarifications below: First of all, we have to note that we do not target and work with customers who are a solo woman or man or for any other individual reasons. We put our efforts to finish the job at a required level for all our customers. While checking the contract signed on the day, we saw that our workers were late for just 10 min and they started the job at 9:10 instead of 9.00. They apologized for this. Our workers took trips together as required. For instance, among your items there was a wooden 4 people dinner table or queen size mattress. We assume you did not expect only one worker to carry them. Our files state a list of furniture moved were: 1 bed frame (heavy wood), 1 mattress, 1 dresser, 2 drawers, 2 book shelves, 1 tv stand, 1 tv, 2 end tables, 1 couch (with twin mattress inside), 2 soccer tables, 2 balcony chairs, 1 balcony table, 1 dining table, 4 chairs, 1 metal shelf. In addition, there were small boxes, a lamp, Christmas tree, pillows, etc. All these items were loaded and unloaded for 4 hours. 17 ft truck capacity is for 2 bedroom. You had only 5 normal medium boxes and the rest of your stuff was in 6 plastic bin bags or in shoe boxes. Our movers were also responsible to be careful with our customers' items. They had to organize your items in the truck carefully in order to avoid any damage while loading or unloading. For moving a normal, one bedroom apartment estimated time required is 5-6 hours. Please also note that items were carried in a narrow slide walk area in the building and there was only one elevator which was also used by building residents during that time. We never offer a fixed price to our customers. Our contract cannot state any fixed hour of work before the actual work is finished. We did not say that the job would be finished in three hours or we did not charge you any extra money. The job finished at 1:26 pm. It sounds like your argument of 15 min extra time to 4 hours which was just 18 usd for two workers was mentioned in order to find an excuse in our job. The workers asked for the time they worked, nothing more. Our workers unloaded the items in the street as it was instructed and desired by the customer. We have the pictures as well. Moreover, you were offered to wrap your furniture by our workers in the beginning in order to avoid any scratching. However, you refused. It is now very strange that you made a complaint about scratches in your wood. We believe all these clarifications help and we appreciate your understanding. Regards, Customer support team

  Overall very good job. We have a large 3 level home (over 10K sq ft) with not only a lot of furniture, but a piano and plenty of art. The team did a great job staging, packing and loading. We had a last minute change and asked for them to delay delivery by 1 day and they did it without question. Upon delivery they once again did a great job putting everything where it belonged and putting together the furniture that required it. I’d use again.
