  Read reviews. Expect to pay 2-3 times more than the quote. Didn't wear masks when we asked. Charged us for packing materials without even using the materials we provided. Some furniture was damaged and $300 cash went "missing". Don't let them pack your stuff. Unprofessional, slow, expensive.

  Stay away from Ninja Movers if you are planning a cross country move. I recently moved from San Francisco to Atlanta. My items arrived 27 business days after the earliest date of being able to receive items. There was minimal communication from Ninja regarding timing throughout the process. Information required multiple followups. On top of being late (delivery window is 21 business days) my TV arrived broken and my rug and three of my wallets are missing.

  Recently, I used Ninja Movers to move me, no more than 10 miles. They packed all my belongings and wrapped all my furniture for transport at a very decent price. The movers were cool and friendly, definitely felt comfortable enough to ask some questions I had regarding some of my furniture. I have no complaints and overall appreciate the fine work.
