Interesting that NAVL sent me a text to fill out this survey, as I still have not received my furniture! Clearly the company has no idea what’s happening! Dates are still VERY fuzzy, although I have been in contact with the president’s office. As of today, delivery is 7 days out of contracted window, with a guesstimate date of the 20th. Would never use this company again.

My quote was for a certain amount and after pickup they quoted me $3500 EXTRA. Absolutely ridiculous. And now that my move is in transit I am forced to pay the extra amount. My review remains at one star until I receive an adequate explanation.
