  "Initially called with incorrect information (order no.), failed to deliver twice, I followed up and was then told some more incorrect information about a rescheduled delivery time by someone (Valerie?) who was not the scheduler. They had a massage chair in their possession for a week before it was successfully delivered. The folks delivering were efficient and helpful. Issues with workers not showing up, and trucks breaking down, one day after another are not a positive sign and does not instill confidence. I received this and communicated about a delivery time on behalf of my partner, so expect the company to respond that they don't know who I am...I signed the slip."
