Moving our whole household plus a motorcycle seven states away. The movers (Travis and Kenny) were very professional, on time, extremely polite, calm, very very ! helpful plus they had a big positive attitude which we really appreciated as this was a stressful time for us. We would definitely recommend them. We looked at three different moving companies and we very glad we chose North American Van Lines and this mover, L&J Transportation Company.

Gyna the move coordinator was responsive and helpful in setting everything up and answering questions. When I called about tracking the shipment, I talked to a real person and got a helpful and informative response. Kent, who handled the load and unload, was incredibly professional, friendly, and efficient. Moving cross country is always stressful, but North American Van Lines made it as seamless as possible!

L&J Moving, the agent for North American Van Lines that handled my move, could not have given me a worse customer experience. They were unresponsive, uncommunicative, unprofessional, and downright nasty at times. They did not give me a loading date until the day before my move, they were 9 days late delivering my belongings to my new home (and not at all apologetic about it), the movers who loaded my stuff were surly and rude. Two days before my move I wasn't even sure they were going to show up; and when they missed my delivery window I didn't know if I would ever see my stuff again. If you book with North American and they assign you to L&J as agent, run away. I'll note that the driver who finally delivered my stuff was not an L&J employee, and he said "when they told me it was an L&J job, I said 'Uh oh.'" Apparently they have a reputation with other North American agents and drivers as well.
