  In six years of dealing with NPT, I cannot count the number of times they have bent over backwards to accommodate our business' needs. The fact that they've managed to largely maintain staff through these times speaks volumes to their business model. Maryanne and Justin in the office and Jared on the truck are the best iteration of this team I have seen to date.

  Had my shipment 10 miles away for more than 10 days. It was a transfer from another shipping company. I Luckily got the actual drivers number. I Finally got a hold of him, And felt like I had to beg him to make the delivery. Could barely have a conversation with the man ,and the fact that I had to calls many different offices just to get to anyone to communicate with me a week after my expected delivery day.Looking forward to not using North Park again. Or using companies that use them as a partner. I also I Really hope this isn't a normal occurrence, But I have a strong feeling it is. Im Currently waiting for the delivery to arrive, hopefully today. But in the end, The headache of Customer service doing borderline nothing until I called for the 4th day. and the Driver seeming so hassled that I actually expected to receive my packages. Really made this extremely frustrating.

  This operation is a scam; with two experiences in the last month, I can honestly say I have never experienced a less professional, dishonest, completely incompetent transportation operation in my life. This group seems to take contracts by other transport companies/retail business who hire them for the last mile. After taking the contract and money, they then tell the customer to come pick up their shipment at their depot if Northpark deems the customer address is too difficult an address for delivery. Their excuse is that they only have box trucks, and if there is a hill involved, no matter how well maintained in the winter, they refuse to attempt delivery. How on earth do they not determine this BEFORE taking delivery of someone's personal, and in our case VERY EXPENSIVE, merchandise? So, the scam is, they get paid to take possession of your merchandise and then tell the customer it is hostage at their warehouse until the customer finds a way to get it themselves. Unless one owns a pick-up truck or van, and has hired labor to help load/unload their order(s), it will sit in their warehouse. What legitimate transport company doesn't own a fleet of trucks to meet the different delivery requirements of Teton Country, a small, snowy mountain hamlet for at least six months of the year? WARNING: no one in their right mind would ever contract or subcontract this company.
