I had an issue in the past when renting from them, an entire large storage unit full of my stuff was ruined because the doors didn't seal. Field mice got into my storage unit and peed and pooped on everything, along with chewing things up, all because they didn't make the door seal properly. I was never compensated for all the damage, instead they just let me keep my price on the storage unit and said it wouldn't go up in the future....which does no good for all the damage that was caused. The only reason for 2 stars is because the price is so good compared to other storage rental places.
